Entrepreneurial and creative, with over 12 years of experience in managing multiple projects in Portugal and Angola in the area of ITSM as a Consultant / Analyst in the area of ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO27001 & ISO22301 and Governance, which passed by Portugal Telecom, eSPap – Public Adminstration, Banking and Telco in Angola, in the areas of Service Management, Security & Business Continuity and Project Management.
