Oracle Solaris 11 Advanced System Administration


Through intensive hands-on labs, you will work with complex and integrated administration concepts and build on the system administration skills taught in Oracle Solaris 11 System Administration.You will cover a range of advanced subjects and technologies, such as installing Oracle Solaris 11 using the Automated Installer (AI), using the Image Packaging System (IPS) for package management, configuring zones and virtual networks, and configuring IP multipathing (IPMP). You will learn to secure the system through the use of privileges and auditing, managing processes, and evaluating system resources. You will also discover the tools you need to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot software failures.What you’ll learn:
